Come join us at 2:45pm every other Sunday. We have 5 zero gravity chairs and lots of mat space on the floor for the sound bath. Together Kevin and Krissy weave crystal and metal bowls with shamanic drums, gongs, bells and other various earthly instruments to create deep peace and safety in your body so that the true holistic nature of you is awake and balanced.
