Meditations with Melissa

In May 2025, I was diagnosed with Stage 3C Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. 

My journey with breast cancer has been quite a learning experience and has given me a whole new appreciation for living with chronic disease and getting help in the Western Medical model. I am even more committed to my practices and my service.

These meditations and contemplations are meant to serve you in exploring meditation and the meaning of life for yourself.

My desire is to introduce meditation to you and hopefully inspire you to practice, no matter how inconsistent it is in the beginning.
