May's Blue Moon

Life is poetry....

this morning I sent a message to

a dear friend,

we spent time together 30 years ago -

drinking tea, stretching through yoga poses

A 20 something me exploring ancient wisdom

& connecting with divine mysteries.

I went to therapy yesterday,

in the rambling of trying to explain self to other,

looking for insight through self-description,

I remembered

23 years ago, I shared a vision with a man

of a 7-room Alternative Healing Clinic

he laughed as he rudely declined investing.

I took in shame and let it dull me for a while

Now, this week, today

under the blue moon

I remember to honor myself

to celebrate the magic

and miracle of manifestation

Of Creativity showing up in my life

as a 7-room Alternative Healing Clinic -

Thrive Wellness Studio

& Bridge Community Acupuncture.

The sacred spiraling of life

wiser than a human brain can imagine.

This lunar month, a weaving of remembering,

from Full Moon in Scorpio

bringing in new energy to burn old patterns

to New Moon in Taurus

shaking out old ways of thinking

to Uranus starting its journey through Gemini

until 2033 and Chiron almost finished with his

transformation through Aries,

wounds of self

cleared another level

unconscious patterns evolving

the air of the new settling

in our chests

as we breathe in the 21st century

Remember

to celebrate self

to cheer on the moments

when you see your own growth

when you have the courage to name it

to another

when the reflecting pool

shows you the nature of your

authentic expression birthed

into the world

and others get it

and name it to you

Let it land

let it breathe

within you

let it rest in your

pelvic floor,

your seat of creativity

let it heal you
