Service Description

Wendy will guide you through a series of yoga poses that honor, open, and balance each of the seven chakras. We start at the Root chakra May 22 and meet from 10-11:30am each Thursday morning ending with the crown chakra on July 3rd. Please wear the appropriate color (starting at week 1 May22 Red, then Orange for Sacral, Yellow for Solar Plexus, Green for Heart, Turquoise for Throat, Indigo for Third Eye, and Purple or White for Crown)
